Plan is a 75-minute call in which we’ll focus on one specific issue, goal or situation that you want to change.

This is right for you if:

  • you want help getting your plans down on paper
  • you want to formulate clear ideas for the next 3, 6, 12 months
  • you want to start something new and need a push in the right direction
  • you’re stuck in a specific work or life situation
  • you need clarity and a fresh perspective on a specific goal or situation in your life

A one-off session is perfect if you are facing a specific situation or goal and need some clarity or a push in the right direction. If you want to work on changing in your life over a longer period of time, or want to work on larger goals or shifts, a package of several coaching calls is more suitable Of course you are free to book several plan sessions in a row–no need to commit to a package if it doesn’t feel right to you.

This is what you’ll get:

  • a short questionnaire before our call so I can get some insight into what you want to work on
  • a 75-minute call (online, video or audio) in which I help you take specific steps
  • a personal action plan after our call with tips + strategies for the future
  • a check-in by email after 2 weeks
  • me on your side to support you!

We’ll always have a 30-minute free call before you commit to anything. I want you to be sure that we’re the right fit, which we’ll discover during these 30 minutes. And afterwards, it is completely up to you whether or not you sign up for a call. No strings attached. Promise.
