Yet when we are worried and overwhelmed it’s particularly important to give ourselves a little bit of space and time. To find moments to rest and recharge. To switch off. To connect. To experience little moments of joy.
I’ve created a seven-day plan to help you find more rest and joy. My aim is that you create your own toolkit for finding rest and joy, to refocus on the things that you can control, and to help you be more resilient in the face of change.
