Shift is a package of 4x 60-minute calls, in which we’ll focus on creating lasting changes and shifts in your life.

  • a short questionnaire before our first call so I can get to know you better
  • 4 calls of 60 minutes (online, video and/or audio)
  • a personal action plan with next steps and tips after each call
  • unlimited support via email or WhatsApp in between the calls
  • the chance to make sustainable changes in your life
  • me by your side as your cheerleader and accountability partner
